CDC Regulatory Changes Affecting Tourism

The latest regulatory change from the CDC – the biggest one we’ve seen yet!

On January 26, 2021, new travel restrictions will begin. If you plan to travel internationally, you will need to get tested up to three days before you travel by air into the US and show a negative test result prior to boarding the flight, or be prepared to show documentation of recovery (proof of a recent positive viral test and a letter from your healthcare provider stating that you were cleared to travel).

This new order will apply to all passengers – including US citizens and legal permanent citizens-aged two years and older.

Continue to check with your travel agent regarding what criteria need to be met to be allowed to travel in the country that you want to visit.
